Additionally, we are proficient with collaborative online platforms, including Cintoo Cloud, BIMcollab, and various TrueView viewers.
ViBIM transforms point cloud data from laser scans into precise, intelligent, and data-rich 3D BIM models for all disciplines, including architecture, structural engineering, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) and topography. This process provides an accurate digital representation of as-built conditions, crucial for renovation, facility management, and construction verification.
Our pricing is based on an hourly rate per project, with a lump-sum quote calculated based on estimated hours.
Scan to BIM requirements vary depending on modeling scope, Level of Detail (LOD), tolerance, Level of Information (LOI), building component visibility, sizes, file management, modeling standard, etc. Therefore, each project is quoted individually based on the provided information.
Due to NDAs with clients, we cannot share completed project models without written approval. However, we encourage free trial projects or sharing relevant sample sections.
We typically respond immediately if a request can be addressed directly. For complex inquiries requiring additional verification, we will inform clients accordingly. Our response time is 8 AM – 11 PM (Vietnam Time).
