ViBIM’s registered name is Vietnam BIM Consultancy and Technology Application Company Limited. Based in Hanoi, our team of 30+ people works mainly with surveying and reality capture firms; BIM consultancies also engage us for project delivery. Clients provide point clouds and project requirements, while ViBIM assigns modeling and review work to the relevant discipline teams.
Those teams cover architecture, structure, MEP, and topography modeling for building projects in the AEC sector. Project managers coordinate the agreed scope, deliverables, and independent quality reviews, while internal training helps specialists apply shared modeling practices across projects.

Pham Thanh founded ViBIM in Hanoi in 2014 and serves as its Founder and CEO. An architect by training, he holds an MBA from Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management and earned a BIM Management Certificate from Singapore’s Building and Construction Authority in 2014. He served on Vietnam’s BIM steering committee and contributed to the country’s first official BIM Guidelines, published in 2017. He leads ViBIM’s company strategy today.

ViBIM’s team includes leaders for architectural, structural, and MEP modeling, alongside project management, IT, and business operations. These roles support both the models delivered to clients and the systems used to produce them.
Yen is one of the first three employees at ViBIM. Prior to that, he had worked with the founder for three years, starting in 2011, before officially establishing ViBIM. Van Yen has been the Architectural Team Leader at ViBIM Company since 2014.
Nguyen Tien Trung is a highly skilled engineer whose passion for Revit and BIM technology was evident even during his student years. This drive led him to join ViBIM in 2019, immediately after graduating, and through his dedication and hard work, he has progressed to become the Structural Team Leader. Trung’s profound expertise in structural engineering means he confidently takes on our most demanding structural projects, delivering them with precision and excellence.
Quoc Trung is one of the first-generation employees and has been working and contributing to ViBIM since 2018. As a Project Manager, he is a talented and experienced engineer who excels at implementing and managing medium to large-scale projects.
Truong Van Huong leads our Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) division with a wealth of practical experience in system design and implementation. His insights are invaluable, guiding his team to deliver construction-ready solutions that meet the highest quality standards.
With many years of experience in financial management, she has worked with government agencies such as banks, tax authorities, and insurance companies. She is currently responsible for all tasks related to cash flow, accounts payable and receivable, income and expenses, and purchasing for the company.
Le Tuan Thien is also one of the people who has accompanied the director since the early days of the startup. As a highly skilled and certified IT professional, he brings a formidable background in networking and database management. He was the architect of ViBIM’s entire IT infrastructure, building the company’s computer systems in 2014 and managing them with exceptional skill to ensure high availability, performance, and security.
