ViBIM (Vietnam BIM Consultancy and Technology Application Company Limited) was established in 2014 headquartered in Hanoi, Vietnam as a specialized Building Information Modeling service provider focused specifically on converting point cloud scan data into accurate Revit models. With over 11 years of experience, we have completed over 1000 projects across countries such as the UK, Canada, USA, Australia and some EU regions.

Our core service focuses on the Scan to BIM process, transforming 3D laser scan data into detailed and accurate BIM models. We operate primarily on the Autodesk platform, with Revit as our principal authoring tool, creating digital twins of existing buildings and infrastructure that serve as reliable foundations for renovation, refurbishment, and facilities management. CEO & Founder ViBIM

Thanh Pham is an Architect, Founder & Director of ViBIM and is responsible for the overall company strategy. He graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in western countries. In 2014, Thanh Pham achieved BIM Management Certification of Building and Construction Authority (BCA) Singapore and established ViBIM that delivers on a mission to help the AEC community worldwide. He was an active member of the Vietnam Official BIM Steering Committee and Vietnam BIM Communication as well.

Do Van Yen

Architectural Team Leader

Yen is one of the first three employees at ViBIM. Prior to that, he had worked with the founder for three years, starting in 2011, before officially establishing ViBIM. Van Yen has been the Architectural Team Leader at ViBIM Company since 2014.

Nguyen Tien Trung

Structural Team Leader

Nguyen Tien Trung is a highly skilled engineer whose passion for Revit and BIM technology was evident even during his student years. This drive led him to join ViBIM in 2019, immediately after graduating, and through his dedication and hard work, he has progressed to become the Structural Team Leader. Trung’s profound expertise in structural engineering means he confidently takes on our most demanding structural projects, delivering them with precision and excellence.

Truong Quoc Trung

Project Manager

Quoc Trung is one of the first-generation employees and has been working and contributing to ViBIM since 2018. As a Project Manager, he is a talented and experienced engineer who excels at implementing and managing medium to large-scale projects.

MEP Team Leader

Truong Van Huong leads our Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) division with a wealth of practical experience in system design and implementation. His insights are invaluable, guiding his team to deliver construction-ready solutions that meet the highest quality standards.

Nguyen Thi Tiep

Accountant

With many years of experience in financial management, she has worked with government agencies such as banks, tax authorities, and insurance companies. She is currently responsible for all tasks related to cash flow, accounts payable and receivable, income and expenses, and purchasing for the company.

Le Tuan Thien

Information Technology Manager

Le Tuan Thien is also one of the people who has accompanied the director since the early days of the startup. As a highly skilled and certified IT professional, he brings a formidable background in networking and database management. He was the architect of ViBIM’s entire IT infrastructure, building the company’s computer systems in 2014 and managing them with exceptional skill to ensure high availability, performance, and security.
