Experience & Achievements:

With extensive expertise in architectural design and Building Information Modeling (BIM), Pham Thanh founded ViBIM in 2014, transforming Vietnam's construction industry through innovative BIM outsourcing services. As CEO, he has led ViBIM to become a trusted partner in the international Scan to BIM market, growing the company from a three-person startup to a team of 30 professionals serving clients in the UK, Australia, the US, Canada, and EU regions. His leadership has achieved a 100% success rate in meeting demanding technical requirements, a 99% on-time project delivery rate, and long-term relationships with 80% of clients spanning over five years. Thanh’s contributions to Vietnam’s first official BIM Guidelines (2017) and his development of proprietary technical solutions have solidified ViBIM’s reputation for excellence and innovation.

Education:

Pham Thanh holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from Assumption University (ABAC), Bangkok, Thailand (2008), and an MBA from Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management (2012). His professional credentials include a Professional Architecture Design Practice Certificate (2013), a Professional Construction Project Investment Management Certificate (2010), a BIM Management Certificate from the Singapore Ministry of Construction (2014), and a Certificate of Contribution as a Guest Speaker at the National Engineering 2018 event from the Engineering Institute of Thailand.

Experience & Achievements:

With many years of experience in IT infrastructure,  Thien was the first person to help VIBIM build its computer system in 2014 and manage it effectively, ensuring high availability, performance, and security for business operations.

This solid IT infrastructure, built and overseen by Thien, is a key enabler for the smooth and efficient execution of company projects, directly supporting production expansion. Moreover, it provides the stable technological backbone necessary for employees to be regularly updated with the latest tools and technologies, fostering continuous development.

Education:

He has Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Hanoi Open University in 2008. Extensive knowledge in CCNA, MCSA, LPI, Oracle, Postgresql, Mysql, MSSQL, and AWS Cloud Services

Throughout his career, Thien has received several awards and certifications such as: Cisco Certified Network Associate, Oracle Certified Associate, AWS - SysOps administrator Associate.

Experience & Achievements:

Currently, Tiep manages four main areas at ViBIM: accounting, finance, payments, and administration. Besides her strong expertise, she is also capable of handling multiple tasks, ensuring smooth back-office operations and achieving good results. With a systematic approach, she makes sure everything runs smoothly.

She improves the financial system and provides accurate data, helping the management team make timely and accurate decisions.

Education:

She graduated with a degree in Accounting from the Industrial University of Ho Chi Minh City in 2014 and obtained the Chief Accountant training certificate in 2018.

Experience & Achievements:

As the MEP Team Leader, Huong has performed very well in his role. MEP is a special department, because during the bidding and project implementation process, unforeseen factors require the team to be creative and improve the implementation system to handle large and extensive workloads. They must continuously work hard to ensure project progress is on schedule. 

Moreover, he has contributed to ViBIM by balancing practical knowledge with the implementation of MEP projects.

Education:

Van Huong graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, specializing in Electrical Systems, in 2018.

Experience & Achievements:

Van Yen has been the Architectural Team Leader  at ViBIM Company since 2014. Yen has many years of experience in contributing to the development of BIM solutions and services for both the Vietnamese and international markets. He has made significant contributions to the development of the company's Scan to BIM services. Having participated in various types of projects, he is the most experienced technical expert. He has trained many generations of employees and contributed to the development of ViBIM’s standard system from its early days

Education: 

He studied at University of Transport and Communications as Civil Engineering

Experience & Achievements: 

He has been working at ViBIM as the Structural Team Leader, progressing from a fresh graduate employee through dedication and development. Trung, with his expertise in structural engineering, takes on most of the heavy structural projects. With a systematic mindset and strong execution discipline,Trung is currently responsible for managing the company’s Scan to BIM product standards system. He ensures that projects are completed according to both the client's specific requirements and the company's highest standards, aligning with global BIM services.

Education: 

He graduated from the Faculty of Construction Engineering at Hanoi University of Civil Engineering, in the XE training system in 2019

He is good at using English for technical communication and is able to interact with clients from the UK, Australia, the US, and Canada.

Experience & Achievements:

He is the most experienced project modeling speciallist in the company, capable of modelling everything from simple to complex components, meeting high technical requirements. He is able to research and implement new projects and guide new team members. He has also contributed significantly to the company's development and growth.

He is the bridge between the old and new employees and spreads the company culture at ViBIM.

Education:

He has a practical engineer's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Technical College No 1 in 2017
