Product Delivery Methods
Secure FTP Server Delivery
ViBIM operates a dedicated, secure FTP server as our primary delivery method. This platform facilitates confidential of completed BIM models and related project documents between ViBIM and our clients. Our FTP server connects exclusively from ViBIM’s office to client locations within their respective countries, providing clients with 24/7 access capabilities. Clients can retrieve deliverables using dedicated software, through Windows Explorer, or via a web-based platform, ensuring diversity and convenience.

- Direct office-to-client country connectivity
- For enhanced security, access to the server is also restricted based on the client’s country IP address.

In the event the FTP server is unavailable, we can use established cloud storage platforms as a backup delivery solution. This is considered a contingency plan and is not the standard procedure.
